Order Processing
All FlagsVerse products are made to order. Production begins shortly after an order has been placed and successfully processed.
Because every flag is produced specifically for the customer, processing times may vary depending on production volume, product demand, and seasonal factors.
Shipping Information
FlagsVerse ships worldwide through trusted production and fulfillment partners.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided for most shipments.
International Shipping
FlagsVerse proudly serves customers around the world.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is available for most orders once production has been completed and the shipment has been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Products

Returns & Exchanges
Because all FlagsVerse products are made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Change of mind
- Preference changes after delivery

Return Eligibility
Returns, replacements, or other resolutions may be available when a product:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains a manufacturing defect
- Differs significantly from the product ordered
Each case is reviewed individually.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be modified or cancelled because each item is produced specifically for the customer.
